About ME

Jody

Jody’s career in the fashion industry began as a shoe buyer for I. Magnin in San Francisco. Her retail background encompasses nearly every aspect of merchandising. During the “aerobic craze,” she developed stores for various clubs and spas in the Bay Area. Jody went on to work for Anne Klein in New York as the Regional Sales Executive for I. Magnin, became the Fashion Director at Elizabeth Arden, and later ran her own fashion show and event production company.

Jody went on to work for a large medical center in San Francisco, where she took on the responsibilities of buying, merchandising, and managing their various gift shops. “I decided to take everything out of the gift shops that reminded patients and visitors why they were in the hospital. It was then that I introduced colorful, more whimsical merchandise with a touch of the eclectic.”
